Article 1 : Scope

Any order placed on the website "www.suntradition.com" implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
Article 3 : price
Prices are indicated in euros or any other currency all taxes included, excluding shipping and processing of your order.

Article 4 : Payment

Article 5 : Delivery
Delivery is made to the address you entered during checkout and is provided by the carrier offered when ordering.
Starting from the assumption by the carrier, you are home delivered in the manner and time of the selected carrier.
The risks are your responsibility from the date the products ordered have left our premises and SunTradition is not responsible for delays that the carrier provides you send the parcel.

The reserves with the carrier in case of doubt about the parcel delivery status are your responsibility.

Article 6 : conditions for return and refund
According to the law, you have within 7 days of the receipt of your order to exercise your "right of withdrawal".
The refund will only occur after receipt and verification of the package on our premises, the product must be returned in condition for resale .
In case of exchange the product must be returned in condition for resale.
Return costs are your responsibility.
If you receive a damaged package, you must make a reservation upon receipt of the package with the carrier.

We remind you that to return an item, simply follow these instructions:
1. Follow the following procedure:
-Log into your account page on the merchant site.

2. Use the original packaging to return the product.
3. Materialize on the Delivery or invoice (s) product (s) returned (s). SunTradition does not accept returns without this Delivery order or invoice.
4. We ask you to note that we do not accept parcels sent freight collect.

According to your demand :
- A refund will be made by the same payment method you used during your purchase within 15 days from receiving the package .
- A credit will be made immediately upon receipt of the package if the product is not damaged .
- An exchange will be done according to the Availability section .
Article 7 : availability and presentation
The orders will be processed within the limits of our available stocks and subject to availability from our suppliers.
